Free

The Free plan is designed for solo operators getting started with PingBack. You get the web widget, up to 250 messages per month, and a 5-article knowledge base — all at no cost. You’re the only agent on the account; the Free plan does not support inviting additional team members.

Mini — $15/month

Mini is built for small support teams. You can invite up to 2 agents, connect up to 3 channels (including social channels like WhatsApp or Telegram), and handle up to 2,500 messages per month. AI auto-reply is included, so Theo can draft responses from your knowledge base automatically.

Pro — $35/month

Pro is for growing support teams that need scale. You get up to 5 agents, 100 channels, 25,000 messages per month, and file uploads up to 50 MB. Like Mini, AI auto-reply is fully enabled.
The Free plan only supports the web widget channel. Upgrade to Mini or Pro to connect WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, X, and email.
