Bring bot conversations into your team's shared inbox.

Starter and above

Create your bot

Create a bot with Telegram's BotFather and copy its bot token. Keep the token private. It authorises access to your bot.

Connect in Pingback

Open Channels / Telegram, add the bot token and save. Pingback registers the bot's webhook. Your plan determines how many bots you can connect.

Test both directions

Open the bot in Telegram, start the conversation and send a message. Find it in Inbox, reply from the dashboard and confirm that the response arrives in Telegram.
