Add your support home and conversations to your website with one script.

Starter and above

Make it yours

Open Channels / Website, create a widget, then enter Widget Studio. Set the name, logo, colours and welcome message. Use the preview to check your changes before embedding.

Install the script

Copy the complete installation script from Widget Studio and place it before your website's closing body tag. Use your own widget ID in this example.

Check the customer journey

Open your site, start a conversation and send a message. Confirm it appears in Inbox, then reply from the dashboard. Check both messages, your business logo and the agent avatar on a narrow screen.

Keep it in sync

Save appearance changes in Widget Studio. The embed loads your saved configuration, so you do not need to replace the script for every visual change. If the widget is missing, check the ID, network requests and your site's script policy.
